2019 Conclave Chairman
To best serve our membership, camps, units, and council, the lodge leadership has commissioned this survey of its members to identify our wealth of resources and skills in its members as well as their interests. Please take a few moments to take the survey in the link below.
Note: If you already completed a hard-copy version of the survey at the 2019 April Service Weekend, you do not need to complete this survey – it is the same.
Do you own a business and want to help sponsor conclave? Do you know someone who does? See our “Business Sponsorship Program” below for details! Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if interested in participating!

About 20-25 Sites throughout Chester County are in the planning stages where a multitude os service opportunities will be offered. All parts of Scouting will be attending – Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, Boy Scouts and Venturers.
Our Lodge will need volunteers to participate and about 20-25 “Site Captains.” The Site Captain will work with the project beneficiary representative at the site to coordinate any administrative issues that may arise during the day and to take attendance. Also the Site Captain will need to take pictures and send them back to Council for use in other communications and newspapers.
