Centurion Service Award

Octoraro 22 100th Anniversary Centurion Award Requirements – the Centurion Award is for those looking to participate in lodge activities and program and to rededicate themselves to the Order of the Arrow in this, the 100th anniversary of Octoraro Lodge 22.

Requirements updated 2/26/2026.

Members who complete the requirements are eligible to receive this patch.

Centennial Yearbook

Submit your photos for the digital Octoraro 22 Centennial Yearbook!  This is one of the requirements for the Centurion Service Award.

Banquet

The first event to kick off the year was the 100th Anniversary Banquet on February 28, 2026!

  • We were honored to have the 2026 National OA Chief Joshua Nero as the banquet featured speaker!
  • The latest edition of The Wulamoc was published.
  • 14 previous lodge chiefs were able to attend.

    This complete collection of Octoraro 22 celebrates the legacy of our 100 years serving Chester County Council.  Dating back to our first felt totem in the 1930’s, to our first round patch in 1949 and our first pocket flap in 1958, this collection is the definitive collector’s guide to Octoraro Lodge.

Rededication Ceremony

Come join us for the historic 100th Anniversary Rededication Ceremony on Sunday May 17, 2026, back were it all began 100 years ago. It will be located at Camp Hillsdale in West Chester and registration is free!  Parking details will be communicated later and to registrants.  The event is from 3 pm to 5:30 pm.

Historical Marker

In a joint partnership with the Horseshoe Scout Reservation Alumni Association, Octoraro 22 has created a historical marker to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Octoraro Lodge 22. The marker will be placed near the Octoraro Memorial Lodge Building at Camp Horseshoe in the Spring of 2026.
