General Information

Headquarters

The Headquarters building will serve as Conclave HQ for the weekend. Stop in if you have any questions throughout the weekend and one of the well-trained and friendly staff members will be eager to assist you. Our campmasters this weekend are David Seace and Sherry Seace.

Medical Attention

If you need medical attention, stop by the Health Lodge. Our health officer Dr. David Mellinger and other trained medical staff will be on hand to assist you.

Hospitality and Facilities

Our facilities this weekend are managed by our great service corps, led by Nick Martin and Gus Sauerzopf. If you need any assistance in site, feel free to ask your host guides led by Camille Bergmaier and Chris McConnell.

Inclement Weather Information

If there are any changes to the schedule, the changes will be communicated via announcement at meals and in newsletters.

Trading Post

Trader Bill’s, Horseshoe’s Trading Post, will be stocked throughout the weekend with drinks, patches, and conclave merchandise! Stop on in to beat the heat and check out some of our merchandise. And, if you need a place to trade patches, head on over to the picnic grove! Be on the lookout for our mobile Trading Post at various locations where drinks and snacks are available. Conclave pre-orders can also be picked up at the Trading Post.
