Brothers,
During Week 7 of Summer Camp, a storm caused considerable damage. Many trees were downed and many of the camp trails are impassable. Our camp needs more help than the September OA Fellowship weekend can provide.
On September 9, 2023, 9am- 3:30pm, a work effort will be organized to help with the needed work to clear as much of the damage as possible. Please come for whatever time your schedule allows. This is not an OA exclusive event, so, please bring your fellow scouts and scouters. We would appreciate it if you would sign up on the link below as the Lodge will be providing lunch for the work crews. Please bring appropriate tools for clearing trails including work gloves and long pants are suggested. Remember those using chain saws must be camp trained and certified.
The September Fellowship weekend includes work schedule for the morning only. The schedule will include the standard Ordeal and Brotherhood opportunities, as well as the June Vigil that was delayed due to the fire ban.
