Wait, you don’t know what a Conclave is? Well, a Conclave is a gathering of the five lodges that make up Section NE-6B of the Northeast Region. Each year, we gather together for a weekend full of fellowship and feasting. There is a little bit of training, and a little bit of inter-lodge competition. Wrap this all up into a package that includes spectacular shows and stellar dining and cap it all off with the annual Section Meeting and election of new officers, and you have yourself a great Conclave. So, now that you know what a Conclave is, why don’t you join us and find out what it is really like. It will be held this year at Camp Sinoquipe on June 4th – 6th, 2021 and you can register for this fun event HERE.
We will be hosting our LLD/Brotherhood Blitz as well as a Fellowship event for all new Ordeal Members the weekend of December 13th and 14th, 2019 at Camp Horseshoe.
The Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) will include a training cell Friday night and Saturday in the AM. New Ordeal Members are invited to join us Friday night, staying at Roberts Lodge. We will be running a Fellowship event that will run 1:00 to 3:30 PM at the Octoraro Lodge Building. This event is an opportunity for you to get to socialize with Brothers within the Lodge in a fun relaxing setting. The Rifle Range will be open for your use. We will also have other games and activities. Immediately following the Fellowship Event, we will be conducting the Brotherhood Blitz. The weekend event will conclude after dinner. We look forward to seeing everyone.

Our ceremonies team is having a fellowship and recruitment event at Urban Air Trampoline Park & Warrior Obstacle Course in Downingtown, PA on March 18th from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. There will be a brief informational session before an hour of jump time. Food and a beverage will be provided. This event will be free for those in attendance. During the informational session we will cover what being involved as a member of our inductions team is like and what opportunities we have for both new and old brothers. We are currently in the planning process for this event and are trying to get a head count. If you are interested in attending, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Emailing us will serve two purposes, help us prepare for the turnout and allow you to subscribe to future updates about the event.
