Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) / Brotherhood Blitz – Dec 10

The LLD is a course for helping develop our youth leaders and adult advisers into more effective Arrowmen by providing them with fun, informative, and interactive sessions about OA operations and skills used to run the lodge. All LLT committee members and officers are highly encouraged to attend, but it is open to any Octoraro members!

The Brotherhood Blitz is a last opportunity to seal your membership in the lodge for 2022.

Both events are being held at Camp Horseshoe on December 10, 2022.

You can register HERE for either or both events!

Introducing: The Lodge Leadership Team (LLT)

At this past weekend’s June Service Weekend (6/13/2021), the Lodge Executive Committee voted to change their name to the Lodge Leadership Team (LLT). This is one of several initiatives to improve recruitment and retention of lodge members on the LLT (formerly LEC). Committees are now called Teams, and youth chairmen are now Team Leads. (Advisers are still called advisers.) This will hopefully strengthen the collaborative spirit of those who serve on the LLT as well as encourage all members, youth and adult, to consider joining us lead the lodge!
